Dr. Krunal is a distinguished dentist with fellowship and diplomate status in the International Dental Implant Association and holds membership in several dental organizations including the American Dental Association, Florida Dental Association, Atlantic Coast District Dental Association, and the Center for Laser Education. Dr. Krunal has expanded his reach in the county establishing additional offices to help residents maintain good oral health.

As, a certified provider of Invisalign and oral sedation with a specialty in treating patients with dental-related anxiety and fear, Dr. Krunal and his team use modern techniques and methods to complete procedures.

Although, practicing dentistry and helping the community maintain good oral health are his priorities, in his free time Dr. Krunal enjoys spending time outdoors with his family on the beach, biking, playing cricket, and tennis.

As an active member of the American Dental Association, Florida Dental Association, International Dental Implant Association, Center for Laser Education, Atlantic Coast District Dental Association, and the International Academy of Facial Esthetics, Dr. Aditi enjoys treating complex cases and helping patients with challenging treatments achieve their goals.

Dr. Krunal and Dr. Aditi Patel have dedicated their lives to not only practicing dentistry but also researching advanced techniques in the dental field that they bring to the Palm Beach County community making dental service more comfortable and affordable. Their calm approach coupled with state-of-the-art facilities and technology distinguish them from other healthcare providers in the region.

I still recall the day I was awaiting surgery to remove my wisdom teeth. By the time I sat down in the waiting room, any fear and uncertainty I had transformed into fascination. Ever since the day of my surgery, my love for dentistry, the interests across the field and the need for “Pain-less dentistry” consistently grew on me.

My efforts resulted in my admission to the first step of my extensive academic career when I was accepted to the Doctor of Dental Medicine at Hassan II University in Morocco. My program positioned me to build a comprehensive foundation of knowledge in core scientific topics and receive in-depth, hands-on training. Especially valuable to my D.D.M. was my thesis that furthered my passion for research and new discovery. I continued to build on my education in France, after being accepted to Aix-Marseille University’s dental school, I received extensive specialized training over the next four years, where my certifications and diplomas included fixed prosthetics, implantology, parodontology, and occlusodontology. In conjunction, I obtained a maxillofacial radiology diploma from the same institution as my D.D.M.

After moving to the United States, I continued my education with a two year extensive training in Advanced Education in General Dentistry at Nova Southeastern University Residency program.

Dr. Singh has a passion for making people smile. After growing up in South Florida, he spent sometime in the northeast where he received his Bachelors of Science in Human Physiology from Boston University, followed by a Doctorate of Dental Medicine from Tufts University School of Dental Medicine.

Dr. Singh strives to make his patients feel comfortable and to create lasting relationships for years to come. He enjoys practicing all aspects of dentistry and loves staying up to date with the newest technologies and procedures. He has extensive training in implants, full mouth rehabilitation, root canals, cosmetic dentistry.

In his free time, Dr. Singh enjoys traveling, watching sports, and staying active. He is an avid Miami Heat, Miami Dolphins, and Formula 1 fan.

Dr. Sandra Hosh brings a truly international perspective to her practice, with advanced training and clinical experience across Egypt and the United States spanning nearly two decades.

After earning her Bachelor's Degree in Dental Surgery and Oral Medicine from Ain Shams University in Cairo, Dr. Hosh went on to pursue advanced studies in Endodontics at Cairo University's College of Dentistry. During that time, she also served as a Visiting Resident in the Endodontics Department, where she developed deep expertise in complex endodontic treatments, retreatments, and surgical observation. Her commitment to serving underserved communities led her to work at the Caritas Medical Center in Egypt, providing essential dental care to patients in need.

Dr. Hosh further elevated her credentials by earning her Doctor of Dental Surgery (D.D.S.) degree from New York University College of Dentistry in 2016 — one of the most prestigious dental institutions in the country. Since then, she has been practicing as a General Dentist at private offices in New Jersey and South Florida, offering a comprehensive range of services including diagnosis, treatment planning, fillings, extractions, crowns, bridges, Invisalign, molar endodontic treatments, and implant restorations.

Dedicated to lifelong learning, Dr. Hosh has completed advanced continuing education in implant surgery and restoration, prosthetics, endodontics, and Invisalign certification, ensuring her patients benefit from the most current techniques and care.

With her warm, patient-centered approach and extensive clinical background, Dr. Hosh is committed to making every patient feel comfortable, informed, and confident in their dental care.

Dr. Harrison's path into dentistry was shaped by two early influences — a childhood friend whose father was a dentist, and a college mentor who led the Chicago Area Health and Medical Careers Program (CAHMCP) for aspiring health professionals. Inspired by dentistry's profound impact on a person's overall wellbeing, he has dedicated his career to providing compassionate, high-quality care.

With more than 20 years of experience spanning general dentistry, oral surgery, pediatric dentistry, periodontics, prosthodontics, senior leadership, and research, Dr. Harrison offers a comprehensive range of services — with a particular focus on general dentistry, dental implants, and sedation. He proudly serves patients of all ages throughout the southeast Florida region.

Dr. Harrison's approach to patient care is rooted in trust, integrity, honest assessment, and shared knowledge. Dr. Mustafa Alameri is a dedicated general dentist committed to providing thoughtful, evidence-based care to patients of all ages — from infants to seniors.

A graduate of the University of Pittsburgh School of Dental Medicine, Dr. Alameri stays at the forefront of dental research and innovation to ensure every patient receives the most current, effective treatment available. He believes that great dentistry starts with great listening, and he takes the time to understand each patient's unique needs and goals, building a true partnership focused on lifelong oral health.

Dr. Alameri is fluent in both English and Arabic, allowing him to connect with and serve a diverse range of patients and families across his communities. His warmth, patience, and cross-cultural fluency make him especially effective at creating a welcoming environment where every patient feels understood and at ease.

He currently practices at KA Dental locations in South Florida and has previously served patients at practices in Baltimore, MD, bringing a breadth of clinical experience and a deep commitment to accessible, compassionate dental care.
